Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item or sending a replacement at no additional cost.
